The deepening development of economic globalization has brought many opportunities and great challenges to enterprises. The complex and changeable environment requires employees not only to be passive obedients, but also to be active participants in organizational decision-making,so as to help organizations seize opportunities and avoid risks. In practical management practice, even if employees have creative suggestions, they will choose to remain silent for various reasons.Employee silence behavior will not only reduce the enthusiasm and initiative of employees themselves, but also affect the effectiveness of enterprise decision-making and enterprise development. As an agent of an organization, the leaders of an enterprise have different leadership behaviors or ways which will have an important impact on employees 'attitudes and behaviors in their work.Self-sacrificial leadership has the characteristics of sacrificing the personal interests of leaders for organizational goals and collective well-being,and it has an incentive effect on employees' initiative. Therefore, this study explores the influence of self-sacrificial leadership on employee silence behavior, clarifies the mechanism between leader's sacrificing behavior and reducing employee silence behavior, and puts forward some constructive suggestions on reduction of employees' silent behavior from the perspective of organizational identification and interaction justice. On the basis of literature review of previous studies, this paper introduces the existing research theories of self-sacrificial leadership, organizational identification, interactive justice and employee silence, and then puts forward the research framework and hypothesis. The sample data of the study are obtained by means of online electronic questionnaires, and then the descriptive analysis, correlation analysis and SPSS21.0 and AMOS21.0 are used.Regression analysis makes an empirical analysis of the data, and the results are as follows:(1)Self-sacrificial leadership negatively affects employees' silence behavior;(2)Organizational identification plays a mediating role between self-sacrificial leadership and employees' indifferent silence;(3)Interactive justice negatively moderates the relationship between self-sacrificial leadership andemployees' silent behavior, that is,the stronger the interaction justice,The more self-sacrificial leadership restrains employees' silence behavior. Finally, the results of this study are discussed and explained, and specific countermeasures and suggestions to reduce employee silence behavior are given.
