Research On The Impact Of Network Embeddedness On On Ambidexterity Innovation In Science And Technology Enterprises

In the era of network economy,enterprises not only need to pay attention to future benefits,but also need to upgrade the existing technology level to grasp the existing market and enhance competitive advantage.Based on the different requirements of exploratory innovation and exploitative innovation in thinking mode and organizational management,and the different requirements for meeting the two kinds of innovation,the factors that can promote both exploratory innovation and exploratory innovation need to be further explored.The social network embedded in enterprises can provide abundant internal and external resources for enterprises,and is an important basis for organizing and implementing innovation activities.In the Chinese context,network embeddedness(relationship embeddedness,structure embeddedness)has relatively little impact on dual innovation(utilizing innovation,exploratory innovation)based on social network theory,organizational learning theory and dual innovation theory.The internal mechanism between the two needs to be further explored.At present,the economic environment is facing many threats,and the environment is constantly changing.Enterprises can promote organizational learning through embedded external networks.The mechanism of organizational learning between network embeddedness and dual innovation needs further study.Scientific and technological enterprises are an important force in China's economic transformation,so it is particularly important to study them.Based on social network theory,organizational learning theory and dual innovation theory,this paper studies the relationship between network embeddedness(relationship embeddedness,structure embeddedness),organizational learning(utilizing learning,exploratory learning)and dual innovation(utilizing innovation,exploratory innovation)for technological enterprises.Then,the research framework is designed,the research hypothesis is put forward,and the questionnaire is formed by referring to the existing mature scale.Finally,506 valid questionnaires are obtained.Finally,SPSS21.0 and Amos 21.0 are used to analyze the samples to verify the relationship between network embeddedness and dualistic innovation,and themechanism of organizational learning.The main conclusions of this study are:(1)Structural embeddedness is positively correlated with exploitative innovation and exploratory innovation;relational embeddedness is positively correlated with exploratory innovation and negatively correlated with exploratory innovation;(2)Structural embeddedness is positively correlated with exploratory learning and positively correlated with exploratory learning,and negatively correlated with exploratory learning.(3)Exploratory learning is positively correlated with exploitative innovation and exploratory innovation,while exploitative learning is positively correlated with exploitative innovation and exploratory innovation;(4)Usage learning plays a mediating role between relationship embeddedness and exploitative innovation,structural embeddedness and exploitative innovation.Exploratory learning plays a part of intermediary role between relationship embeddedness and exploratory innovation,structural embeddedness and exploratory innovation.
