| Since 2011,the contribution rate of investment and export to economic growth has been declining.Expanding domestic consumption under the new economic normal is an inevitable choice to promote economic growth and conform to the law of economic development,and consumer credit plays an important role in promoting consumption.In order to play a role in the impact of consumption on economic growth,the government has introduced a series of policies to promote the development of consumer finance companies,optimize the consumer credit market environment and regulate the business of consumer credit institutions to ensure the healthy development of the domestic consumer credit market.Although China’s consumer credit market environment is increasingly optimized,due to the differences in economic environment,natural endowment,social and cultural environment between the eastern,central and western regions,the development of consumer credit in various regions faces different problems,and the development of consumer credit in various regions.Affected by different factors.China’s consumer credit market is a collection of consumer credit markets in various regions.To promote the development of consumer credit in China,we must achieve good development of consumer credit in various regions.Therefore,it is necessary to understand the characteristics of the development of consumer credit in various regions of China,to find out the problems faced by the development of consumer credit in various regions and to find the main focus of the development of consumer credit markets in various regions.At the same time,the rapid rise in the leverage ratio of residents and the rapid growth of housing loans have led to the attention and discussion of scholars.The rise in housing prices has further boosted the growth of housing loans,resulting in a consumer credit structure dominated by housing loans.The abnormal increase in the leverage ratio of residents is not only conducive to stimulating immediate consumption,but will weaken consumer expectations and erode future consumption potential,while research on consumer credit can further understand and solve current high debt ratios and housing loans.Considering the high-level issues to provide thinking,based on the above considerations,to study this topic.The study found that the proportion of long-term consumer loans dominated by housing consumption loans in China is too high,and the growth rate of consumer loans is on the rise.The level of consumer credit in the eastern region has the characteristics of high starting point,slightly lower growth rate and lower proportion of consumption.The consumer credit in the central and western regions is characterized by low initial development level,fast growth rate and rising proportion.The level of consumer credit in the central and western regions and the eastern region.The gap between them is shrinking.The term structure of consumer credit in the eastern region showed a “U”-type characteristic,while the structure of consumer credit term in the central and western regions showed a “wave-like” rise.The contribution rate of consumption to economic growth in the western region is higher than that in the central and eastern regions.This suggests that the promotion of economic development in the western region should give full play to the stimulating effect of consumer credit on consumption and economic growth;the scale of consumer credit market in the central and western regions and the types of consumer credit products.There is a big difference with the eastern region,and the consumer credit financial service institutions are highly uneven in regional distribution.At the same time,by analyzing the economic and social environment of consumer credit development in various regions,it is found that the factors affecting the level of consumer credit in each region,namely the structure of consumer credit,are quite different.Based on this empirical research model,empirical research shows the level of consumer credit in the three regions.There are big differences between the factors affecting the structure of consumer credit.When formulating policies to promote the development of consumer credit,it should not be generalized.Instead,it should adopt different measures according to local consumption credit environment and influencing factors.According to the empirical results and research conclusions,we will promote the innovation of consumer financial products and services in the central and western regions,prevent the excessive leverage of residents to concentrate on the real estate market,enhance the solvency of residents,reasonably guide the consumer demand and prevent the risk of excessive development of consumer credit.From the perspective of the relevant recommendations to promote the healthy development of consumer credit markets in various regions,and thus provide kinetic energy for economic growth. |
