| In recent years,Hunan Province has achieved remarkable results in agricultural economic development,and the income of farmers has been significantly improved.Agricultural science and technology innovation has played a significant role in the area of promoting the development in agricultural economy.Besides that,agricultural science and technology innovation requires the finance support.Studying the financial support shows practical significance to Hunan agricultural science and technology improvement.This paper focuses on current situations and problems of financial support for agricultural science and technology innovation in Hunan Province.Through academic studying in the area of financial support in domestic and foreign,it can put forward countermeasures to increase the financial support for agricultural science and technology innovation in Hunan Province.This paper is divided into seven parts:the first part describes the background of the topic,research significance,research content and methods,and summarizes the domestic and foreign relevant results of research.The second part defines the related concepts and theoretical basis of agricultural science and technology innovation.The third part analyzes the present situation of Hunan agricultural science and technology innovation and Hunan agricultural science and technology innovation financial support.The fourth part raises existing problems of Hunan finance supporting agricultural science and technology innovation.The fifth part bases on "Hunan agricultural science and technology innovation and financial support of empirical research" in-depth analysis of Hunan agricultural science,technology innovation and financial support of the relationship between Hunan.The sixth part learns from the experience of foreign countries,such as the United States and Japan,as well as domestic Jiangsu province and Hubei province in financial support of agricultural science and technology innovation.The seventh part bases on the research results of the previous parts,and it analyzes the countermeasures to optimize the financial support of agricultural science and technology innovation in Hunan province from aspects of improving the market mechanism,building the ecological environment which is suitable to the development of agricultural science and technology,and enhancing the efficiency of financial institutions. |
