Research On The Influence Of Financial Support On Agricultural Technology Innovation

Since the reform and opening up,agriculture in Hunan Province has achieved rapid development,and agricultural technological innovation has also made great contributions to promoting agricultural development.Although Hunan Province has achieved certain results in the field of agricultural technology innovation,it still encounters some difficulties in the process of development.The more difficult one is the lack of capital investment in agricultural technology innovation due to lack of funds.Therefore,this paper has practical significance for the research on the impact of financial support for agricultural technology innovation in Hunan Province.The thesis is mainly based on the theory of technological innovation,the theory of financial deepening and the theory of inhibition.And for the first time,it makes a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the current agricultural innovation situation in Hunan.Professional talent team and a large number of agricultural high-tech enterprises are the huge advantages of Hunan.Then,the basic situation of financial institutions supporting agricultural innovation in Hunan Province is analyzed.The main bod y of financial support selected is from policy financial institutions,commercial financial institutions and other high-risk investment financial institutions,and the capital of these financial institutions is analyzed.The mobility situation was studied.At the same time,after retrieving relevant literature and materials on this basis,according to the relevant big data analysis from 2010 to 2020,the corresponding indicator system was screened,and an empirical analysis was carried out on the agricultur al innovation supported by Hunan financial institutions: mainly through the use of The principal component analysis method is used to measure Hunan’s agricultural technological innovation ability.After comparing the scores of the two public factors,it is found that Hunan’s agricultural technological level needs to be further strengthened.The level of agricultural technology innovation in Hunan has a positive impact.Finally,in the analysis of the influencing factors of financial support for agricultural technology innovation,it is found that financial practitioners and agricultural deposits are important factors affecting agricultural technology innovation.The article draws on domestic and foreign experience as a reference for Hunan Province’s financial support for agricultural technological innovation.Finally,synthesizing the empirical analysis results and experience for reference,the policy suggestions for strengthening Hunan’s financial support for agricultural technological innovation are as foll ows: Increase the number of financial institutions,expand the coverage of financial institutions,improve the efficiency of converting agricultural savings into agricultural loans,establish and improve relevant legal systems,ensure agricultural technolo gical innovation activities,strengthen government guidance,rationally allocate resources,expand capital market sources of funds,and increase venture capital investment of support.
