With the rise of the green hotel wave,green management,as a new management mode,has become the only way for the sustainable development of hotels.At the same time,the implementation of green hotel management is inseparable from the scientific operation of the hotel itself,but also inseparable from the support of the hotel guests.However,there is almost no research on the relationship between green hotel management and travelers'pro-environment behavior.Therefore,the study of"tourists'attitude to hotel green management and their pro-environment behavioral intention" can help hotels better understand the needs of tourists,strengthen the construction of green management,and improve their comprehensive competitiveness,which has certain theoretical and practical reference significance.At home and abroad in this paper,through collecting and organizing the hotel green management,passenger ecotourism behavior intention,etc.The research progress of related literature,based on the theory of planned behavior and value-belief-gauge theory,through the consult expert advice,and in combination with the practical situation of Grand New Century Hotel,build the research model,then the cognitive attitude will determine the scale for the passenger,passenger environment behavior intention,passenger kiss environmental behavior affect the three system layer and 25 dimension of index system.In-this paper,Grand New Century Hotel as the research object,using SPSS22.0 software and AMOS structural equation model to analyze the data,to explore the tourists'attitude to hotel green management and pro-environment behavior,the main conclusions are as follows:Firstly,the cognitive score of tourists on green management of hotels is 3.88,which is above the average level.Green facilities(4.03),green system(3.96),green products(3.86),and green services(3.68)were ranked from top to bottom.Secondly,the rating of passengers on their pro-environment behavior intention is 3.14,which is at a medium level,indicating that the tourists are not very familiar with the green management system adopted by the hotel.Thirdly,the passenger facilities system of green,green,green products,green service attitude and ecotourism behavior intention between the correlation coefficient were 0.355,0.253,0.344,0.334,and significant P values are reached 0.01 significant level,have shown that these four aspects and kiss between environmental behavior intention have significant positive correlation.Among them,the correlation between travelers'attitude to hotel green system and their pro-environment behavior intention is the strongest,indicating that travelers believe that a good hotel green system will generate positive pro-environment behavior intention.However,there is a weak correlation between tourists' attitude towards green facilities and their intention of environment-friendly behaviors,which indicates that hotels are equipped with green facilities as required,but most tourists just use them habitually and have no intention to choose them.In view of the existing problems of the hotel,this paper puts forward Suggestions on further strengthening green management,advocating green consumption of tourists through green publicity,and strengthening green management training of employees.
