With the rapid development of China's economy and the continuous improvement of residents' living standards,automobiles have changed from the past luxury goods to the current mass consumer goods,and have entered the homes of millions of ordinary people.At the same time,consumers' consumption concepts have also undergone tremendous changes: Advanced consumption has become a fashion,especially for After 80 s and 90 s.Under the influence of automobile demand and the consumption concept of the new era,automobile finance,which can improve the purchasing power of residents,will be applied and become an indispensable source of power for expanding the scale of the enterprise market.In other words,the automobile finance industry closely links automakers with distributors,consumers,and financial institutions,rationally regulates the contradiction between supply and demand of automobiles,and effectively stimulates automobile consumption,which has a positive effect on expanding domestic demand.However,China's automobile finance industry started late,the various systems are still not perfect,and there is no successful sample that can be referenced,so the participants in the industry are in a state of chaos that constantly explores trial and error.At present,the main characteristics of the auto finance industry are long business cycle,slow capital recovery,and uncertainty in consumer credit,which makes the industry face high operational risks and high capital risks.Taking HX Auto Financial Services Company as a case,this paper not only analyzes the risk of sales and collections in HX Auto Financial Services' business process through the theoretical guidance of internal control and risk management,and explores the root causes of these problems,but also puts forward corresponding solutions and adopts a series of safeguard measures to implement the plan,promotes HX automobile financial service company to strengthen internal control,comprehensively deepens reform,promotes risk management penetration and routinization,and finally achieves risk minimization of HX auto financial service company,at the same time enhances the company's strength,enhances competitive advantage,and lays a strong foundation for sustainable and healthy development in the future.The research focus of this paper is to provide reasonable suggestions for the problems faced by HX Auto Financial Services in the sales and collections: Within the company,organizing a risk management department,establishing a risk information system,strengthening training on employee risk identification capabilities,and forming a good internal control culture by mechanism reform;meanwhile for corporate customers,standardizing credit review methods,establishing a post-loan default collection platform,strengthening cooperation with banks,other financial institutions,Internet companies and other partners.Through specific implementation of above programs,the internal and external risks of the company will be reduced,and the company will achieve high quality and leapfrog development.
