At present,the Internet is developing rapidly,and the big data model has been launched globally.Under the impact of the Internet,every traditional industry is undergoing reform,and the real estate brokerage industry has also ushered in unprecedented opportunities and challenges.The marketing strategy of real estate brokerage companies is also constantly innovating along with the penetration of the Internet.The continuous development of Internet thinking has brought new marketing thinking and practical methods to the real estate brokerage industry.From the beginning of network information dissemination,to the real-time and comprehensive network communication between enterprises and users,the online marketing environment of real estate brokerage companies has been changing.In the real estate brokerage industry,the integration of the Internet is more focused on personalized service and customer experience.Users,platforms,traffic and other information will position the core of marketing communication on users.Real estate brokerage companies must maximize the products and services in the constant communication with consumers.With the reform and development of the real estate brokerage market,many real estate brokerage companies have reached the bottleneck period,so to integrate into the Internet thinking and improve their marketing models and strategies,we can create a new future in the industry.Therefore,how to effectively reform the traditional marketing strategy and how to correctly use online marketing to promote the development of real estate brokerage companies has become a topic worth exploring.This paper takes H company's network marketing as the research object,discusses the internal and external network environment of H company and some existing problems.The research conclusions can provide reference for the improvement of network marketing of H company and other real estate brokers,which is beneficial to improve H.The company's network marketing capabilities,so the research in this paper has certain practical significance.The innovation of this paper is to integrate Internet thinking into the marketing of real estate brokerage companies.At the same time,it conducts specific case analysis for H company's network marketing,which improves the past inadequacy of real estate brokerage network marketing.Under the premise that"Internet +" has become the marketing trend of real estate brokerage industry,it is necessary to create a unique strategic system of network marketing based on the actual state of the enterprise.This paper analyzes the influence of network marketing on real estate brokerage enterprises,combines the relevant theories and methods of network marketing,and uses H company as an example to analyze the current situation of network marketing of H company by SWOT theory and STP theory,and analyzes the current real estate brokerage enterprise network.The characteristics and shortcomings of marketing,and based on some of the existing network marketing problems of H company,made some improvement strategies.It is discussed that real estate brokers must superimpose the Internet to improve the customer experience,enhance consumers'trust in corporate brands,increase online and offline interaction,and pay attention to the comprehensive quality of the industry's economic sales staff,while relying on big data platform and Internet technology.Conduct analysis to accurately target the target customer base and segment the product types accordingly,thereby promoting the stable and healthy development of the real estate brokerage industry and enterprises.
