Research On Industry Chain Financial Risk Management-A Case Study Of Sinopec Finance Company

In the current wave of global financial innovation,industry chain financial business has been expanding and gradually developed into an important part of China's financial system.Industry chain financial business refers to the financial model that financial institutions provide comprehensive financial products and services for enterprises related to the industry chain by integrating resources and information in the upper and lower reaches of the industry chain,centering on the core enterprises of the industry chain,according to the operation mode and structural characteristics of the industry chain.To deepen the financial supply side structural reform,financial companies focus on supporting financial entities as well as carrying out the industry chain both for the sustainable development of financial firms to start a new train of thoughts and direction,and providing solutions to small and medium-sized enterprises out of financial difficulties.However,with the growing scale of financial businesses in the industry chain,financial risks of financial companies are constantly changing.Therefore,it is of certain theoretical and practical significance to study various risk factors faced by financial companies in developing the industry chain financial business and propose effective control measures.This paper reviews the current domestic and foreign industrial chain financial risk theory and content,taking Sinopec Finance Company as the research object by using the analysis and demonstration method,literature review,case study and other research methods,and has made a thorough analysis on the industrial chain financial risk management.On the basis of in-depth discussion about the main risk characteristics of credit risk,operational risk,compliance risk and market risk faced by financial companies in the industrial chain finance business,this paper suggests that main problems existing in the process of financial risk management in industrial chain of Sinopec finance companies,whose structure of comprehensive risk management need to be re-framed.Meanwhile,improvement of the financial company credit risk evaluation system,standardization of the industrial chain customer access,construction of professional talent team and industrial chain information platform have played crucial roles in perfecting the industrial chain financial risk management system,so as to promote the sustainable and steady development of the industrial chain financial business.
