Research On Financial Risk Management Of Supply Chain Financial Business Of HZJR

Supply chain finance,as an innovative financing method,opens up new channels of financing for small and medium-sized enterprises,accelerates the business cycle,guarantees the efficiency of division of labor and specialization,and also creates profits for banks and other financial institutions.As a wealth management company,one of the HZJR's core businesses is to provide supply chain financial services for small and medium-sized enterprises and the business development momentum is good.However,it is worth noting that due to the short time of business development,more participants and complex patterns,the supply chain financial business brings significant revenue to HZJR,but also inevitably brings financial risks.Research on the financial risk management of the supply chain financial business of HZJR can reduce the loss caused by financial risk and help HZJR develop steady.This paper is based on the current situation of HZJR supply chain finance business for financial risk identification.First of all,the common financial risks are identified from the common influencing factors of each financing model.Then according to the HZJR supply chain finance business different model business processes,combining the flowchart analysis method and the brainstorming method to distinguish the accounts receivable financing model,the prepaid account financing model and the different sources of financial risk in the inventory pledge financing model.Secondly,it evaluates the financial risk of the supply chain financial business of HZJR on the basis of financial risk identification results.This paper adopts fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.By establishing the risk index system,using hierarchical analysis method to calculate the weight of the index.The dimensions and the overall financial risk of the different financing modes of supply chain financial business are evaluated.On the basis of risk identification and evaluation,the corresponding control countermeasures of each financing model of the supply chain finance business of HZJR are put forward.And this paper puts forward the risk control safeguard measures from HZJR,aiming to provide an enforceable strategy for the prevention of financial risks in the supply chain financial business of HZJR.
