With the rapid development of China's economy,the income and wealth level of residents are constantly rising.People are no longer satisfied with deposits,and begin to pay attention to financial management.Some investors focus on the futures market.Compared with foreign mature futures industry,China's futures industry has entered a steady development stage as a financial service industry for more than 20 years.Therefore,more diversified academic research is needed for China's futures industry.This paper will take the business department of Shanxi HT Futures Company as the specific research object,and according to the research results of scholars on improving service quality,combined with personal humble opinions,put forward some suggestions and programs to improve service quality,to provide better service to customers and get higher recognition from customers.In the process of research,the author will use the network as a research channel to issue questionnaires,combined with theoretical analysis,personnel interviews and other ways to complete a series of research work.The questionnaire is set as an anonymous and closed question to ensure the authenticity of the questionnaire,and to better understand the customer satisfaction withHT company's business services.Because the quality of service questionnaire is translated and compiled on the basis of foreign scales,but the organizational situation in China is different from that in foreign countries,the questions in the scale are deleted according to the results of exploratory factor analysis,and the questionnaire suitable for this study is obtained.Starting from futures,this paper explains the definition of service and service quality,mainly based on service quality theory,customer relationship management theory and consumer behavior theory.This study used SPSS 24.0 software to conduct descriptive statistical analysis and factor analysis of the questionnaire results.Then through the empirical research results,this paper analyses the deficiencies of HT futures Acompany's business service model,and puts forward pertinent and practical suggestions.Finally,the shortcomings and prospects of this study are put forward.
