In recent years,supply chain finance has shown the momentum of rapid transformation and upgrading,market expansion and business model innovation.Agriculture,industry and service industries have appeared attractive and refreshing supply chain financial business models,such as consumer channel supply chain integration platform,commodity vertical supply chain platform,cross-border e-commerce supply chain platform,agricultural products supply chain platform,etc.The profit mechanism and core services of these innovative modes are essentially the innovation of financial services,which can be called liquidity capital solutions for upstream and downstream enterprises under the supply chain structure.On the other hand,in recent years,"Internet +" has transformed the traditional industrial innovation in an all-round way.The integration of e-commerce platform and Internet Finance with supply chain finance has brought about new modes of financing,payment,investment and information intermediary services.Supply chain finance mainly serves small and medium-sized enterprises,in order to solve the current stage of enterprise financing difficulties,financing expensive dilemma.It can be seen that the online supply chain financial platform has been put into operation one after another,covering a wide range of industries.In many industries,catering industry is difficult to complete financing plan from traditional financial institutions due to financing difficulties and high financing costs.Supply chain finance has great practical significance to support the industry.This paper focuses on the application of supply chain finance in catering industry,and takes chopsticks as an example.The platform uses its data credit collection and cash payment model to focus on catering chain enterprises in China's current catering industry,focusing on solving their accounting problems.This paper makes a detailed analysis of the operation mode of the case platform,and elaborates on its business process,mode deconstruction and risk management and control.Based on the current situation of the catering industry,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the development of the case platform.Through the case study,the development and innovation of online supply chain finance are summarized and considered.Finally,it forecasts and prospects the development trend of supply chain finance under the new situation in China.
