Nowadays, the Internet economy is developing rapidly.People can choose more types of new deposit methods and financial management methods, such as Alipay,WeChat payment or Alipay in Alipay, and regular financial management. These convenient and varied ways of integrating funds will inevitably have a negative impact on the implementation of the traditional business of rural credit cooperatives. Moreover, with the vigorous development of the market economy, the outlets of various large and mediumsized financial institutions are located in every part of the street. These institutions not only divert the customer groups of rural credit cooperatives, but also disperse the business volume of rural credit cooperatives, leading to the rural credit cooperatives. The living space is compressed dramatically. At the same time, because the rural credit cooperatives operate mainly in the process of currency business, the currency itself has great risks.Coupled with the expansion of the rural credit cooperatives' own lending behavior, the financial risks of the rural credit cooperatives appear..In addition, due to the problems left by their own history, rural credit cooperatives are not only unable to catch up with the development scale of other large and medium-sized banking institutions in China in a short period of time, and their own management experience is not sufficient, thus causing rural credit cooperatives to face In a more complex operating environment,it is impossible to make an accurate estimate of the overall business situation, which will also lead to various problems in its financial risk control.Even some rural credit cooperatives have been rated as high-risk institutions and have low regulatory ratings in successive years. This is obviously not conducive to the development of China's rural credit market, and will also affect the speed of China's rural credit cooperatives to the rural commercial banks.effect.In response to such problems, this paper selects Inner Mongolia TK Rural Credit Cooperative as the case object. After investigation, the credit cooperatives have been rated as 5A-level high-risk credit cooperatives for successive years. Therefore, the credit cooperatives are considered to be typical and can be used as research for rural credit cooperatives.Representative of risk assessment and control. This paper uses the case analysis method, combined with domestic and foreign literature, and with the CAMELS risk assessment system, through the recent business status and financial indicators of TK Rural Credit Cooperatives,to see what financial risks exist in it.Where is the high risk? And based on the conclusions of the evaluation analysis, construct a universal system for rural credit cooperatives to optimize financial risk control, that is,how to lower the high risk "low" ? It is believed that financial risks should be controlled from six aspects: corporate governance, internal control, risk management and control, supervision and accountability, talent introduction, and corporate culture. This paper hopes to use TK Rural Credit Cooperative as the blueprint, coupled with the supervision of the regulatory authorities and the appropriate guidance of local governments,to propose relevant preventive measures and opinions for the future sustainable development of other rural credit cooperatives, especially high-risk rural credit cooperatives. In order to improve the operation level of rural credit cooperatives and strengthen the ability to identify, evaluate, prevent and counter financial risks, and establish a financial risk control system that is in line with their own actual conditions and perfect,so that rural credit cooperatives can completely “burden the burden” and embark on the country. The policy-oriented track.
