Study On The Micro-credit Risk Internal Control Of FC City Rural Credit Cooperative

Micro-credit is one of the important financing channels in rural economy,In the country's vigorously support,micro-credit has developed rapidly,and became the important means to improve the rural economy.The rural credit cooperatives are the great force for the rural financial development,and also is a big driving force for the development of micro-credit.The mainly objects of the micro-credit are low-income population and middle and small-sized enterprises.The credit of these groups is lower than others.So the risk of micro-credit is higher.The uncertain external risk is hard to control,so the internal control of micro-credit risk become a very important work content in microfinance institutions.As a regional financial organization,FCrural credit cooperative has been committed to the promotion of microfinance;make it play an important role in the region agricultural economic development.But due to a late start,and is limited by many factors,the internal control of micro-credit is not mature.Use the reference of research in domestic and abroad,the paper research on the internal control of micro-credit in FCrural credit cooperative.The paper gives the research background and significance,and introduces the present situation of domestic and foreign related research as well as the main content of this article and research methods.And the paper gives small credit risk internal control evaluation index system according the development of rural FCcredit cooperatives.By using the evaluation index system,the paper empirical researches the level of micro-credit risk internal control by the method of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.At last,according to above analysis,the paper puts forward some suggestions for FCrural credit cooperatives microfinance risk internal control to reduce the risks.
