The marketization of interest rate in our country has developed along with the reform of market economy and financial system in our country,and has experienced a process from constantly exploring,drawing lessons from it to maturing gradually in our country.The implementation of interest rate marketization has a great and far-reaching impact on the financial market of our country.Especially for commercial banks,as capital subject,the realization of interest rate marketization plays an important role in its business development.At present,the traditional business model of commercial banks is deposit and loan,and the main income is mainly deposit-loan spread.With the fierce competition in the financial market,the profitability of financial institutions will improve the efficiency of enterprises through a number of measures.It is an inevitable trend for commercial banks to improve the level of interest rate management and avoid the risk of spread.Strengthening the interest rate management can not only promote the efficiency of capital use in commercial banks to a new level,but also provide convenience for the comprehensive management of banks,and enable managers to grasp the operation conditions of banks in an all-round way,to control risks,and to provide the basis for commercial banks to make decisions.This article takes the commercial bank net interest margin as the research object,takes the J bank Guangxi branch net interest margin development and the management as the example,deeply analyzes.As the first national joint-stock commercial bank in our country,J bank ranks in the forefront of the national commercial bank from the view of scale,and selects this behavior sample,which is representative to a certain extent.The net margin income level is an important measure of the profitability of commercial banks,representing the gross margin level of a commercial bank.At present,the domestic research on the net interest margin management of commercial banks is still relatively few.Through a comprehensive exposition of interest margin management and an example analysis,it has a good practical significance for the study of net interest marsgin management.
