Analysis And Evaluation Of Business Performance Of Listed Companies In Financial Industry

With the acceleration of global economic integration and regional cooperation,China’s financial structure has been continuously enriched and improved.Especially in 2014,the financial industry has become more and more mature and prosperous with the reform of financial innovation,which plays an important role in the promotion and development of national economic.However,in the process of continuous development and growth of the financial industry,the competition among enterprises has also intensified.So it is necessary to make a timely and effective evaluation of the operating performance of listed companies in the financial industry and the analysis of the financial statements of listed companies also has very important practical significance.This paper is divided into four chapters.Firstly,this study provides the research with the theoretical and practical significance by looking at the relevant literature,the development history of the financial industry and the research status of listed companies’ business performance at home and abroad;Secondly,it introduces several major business performance evaluation methods and selects the representative financial indicator and eventually,it selects four indicators: including profitability,equity expansion ability,development ability and solvency to make a evaluation of the the operating performance of the listed company.And then it adopts the factor analysis method to build an indicator evaluation system and gives a comprehensive analysis and ranking,and finally gets the analysis results.This paper draws the following conclusions through the researches on the listed companies.There is a big gap in the operating performance of listed companies in China’s financial industry and it’s uneven among the development of each company.Among the companies which hold the foremost top scores in the comprehensive ranking,only the trustworthy trusts in the trust industry is in the list the others are insurance and securities companies.The trust industry develops well and its salary level is also the highest among all financial companies.
