Countermeasure Research On Qinzhou Port Creating The Gateway Of New Channel Of International Land And Sea Trade

The new international land-sea trade channel is an important strategic platform for promoting the development of China's western regions.It is a new channel for the south and north of China Unicom's ASEAN region.It is also a one-stop service system based on sea-rail multimodal transport.Once the concept of the new international land and sea trade channel was put forward,it has quickly received response from various places,and has gradually changed from concept to emerging market,and has become a systematic and focused strategic plan.The new international land and sea trade channel has become a hot topic in western China,providing a historical opportunity for Guangxi to build an international port.As one of the important seaports in Guangxi and even the southwest,Qinzhou Port has participated in the construction of a new channel for international land and sea trade.Potential advantages such as location and policy,but there are also some obstacles,and new developments are needed in the new historical period.Therefore,the main purpose of this paper is to analyze how Qinzhou Port can seize the opportunity of port upgrading and transformation,quickly integrate into the construction of new international land and sea trade routes,and share the regional economic development dividend while undertaking the responsibility and obligation of the new international land and sea trade.This paper uses literature analysis method,case analysis method,comparative analysis method and other methods to comprehensively analyze the background of the new international land and sea trade channel and the development status of Qinzhou Port,and compare the actual situation of Qinzhou Port and discover the development of Qinzhou Port.Many problems,such as Qinzhou Port,the infrastructure is relatively backward,the collection and distribution system is not perfect;the port development is imperfect,the customs clearance efficiency is low;the port charges are high,lacking comparative advantage;the industry and industry regions are stil]in their infancy;Ground and other issues.At the same time,it analyzes the opportunities and challenges faced by Qinzhou Port in the process of building a new international land and sea trade route.Based on the practical experience of Yingkou Port in the"Full-European" Continental Bridge,on the basis of this,it will build an international land and sea for Qinzhou Port.Research and discussion on the development countermeasures of the new channel portal of trade.This paper believes that Qinzhou Port should improve from the improvement of the collection and distribution system,the establishment of an integrated customs clearance platform,the reduction of comprehensive logistics costs,the acceleration of industrial restructuring,and the strengthening of cooperation with the region along the line,for Qinzhou Port and the same in the "Belt and Road" construction.The port provides advice.
