| China’s agricultural economy is developing rapidly,and it is inseparable from the promotion of agricultural science and technology.Agricultural science and technology play an important role in the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy.Hunan Province is a large agricultural province.Under the background of rural revitalization strategy,agricultural technology extension services have achieved significant improvements in all aspects,but there are still problems that need to be improved.This paper first analyzes the status quo of agricultural science and technology extension services in Hunan Province,including new ideas,system overviews,and models of agricultural science and technology extension services in Hunan Province.On this basis,the investigation and analysis of the factors affecting agricultural science and technology extension services in Hunan Province.Mainly through the distribution of questionnaires to farmers,the field survey of farmers in Hunan Province,the basic situation of farmers,the channels of farmers accepting new technologies,the obstacles of farmers’ new technology,the analysis of the effects of agricultural science and technology extension services,etc.Factors affecting agricultural science and technology extension services provide a basis for exploring the problems existing in agricultural science and technology extension services in Hunan Province.In response to the existing problems,the countermeasures are proposed from the macro and micro perspectives:the macro proposal includes constructing a production demand and technology supply matching mechanism compatible with the market economy,constructing a diversified agricultural technology extension service system,and increasing agricultural technology promotion.Capital investment and strengthening the construction of agricultural information service platform and agricultural technology promotion network,micro-measures include improving the construction of agricultural technology promotion team,improving the application ability of agricultural business mains and actively cultivating farmers’professional cooperation organizations.Finally,it is proposed and preliminarily discussed that the agricultural science and technology promotion and innovation in the rural revitalization strategy should adopt the "1+X"new agricultural technology service promotion model,and encourage the agricultural science and technology extension service personnel to promote the service in a face-to-face manner. |
