Research On The Extension Mechanism Of Grassroots Agricultural Technology Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

It is urgent to accelerate the modernization of agricultural science and technology for agricultural modernization,we must rely on science and technology for power and vitality.Agricultural technology extension work is an important bridge and link for popularization and transformation of agricultural scientific research achievements.Only by making good use of agricultural technology extension service as an important carrier,can we better develop modern agriculture and prosper rural economy.Based on the background of our agricultural technology extension system,and starting from the perspective of farmers’ demands,it is meaningful for our agricultural development to study the basic agricultural technology extension mechanism.Agricultural technology extension is a process of applying scientific and technological achievements and practical technologies to agricultural production,and popularizing appropriate technologies applicable to crop farming,forestry,animal husbandry and fishery by means of experiments,demonstrations,training,guidance and consulting services.This process includes not only the promotion of agricultural technical products,the transfer and diffusion of advanced and applicable agricultural technologies,but also the diffusion of agricultural scientific knowledge and information.Modern agricultural extension mainly focuses on improving agricultural production capacity and farmers’ income,among which the narrow sense of agricultural extension focuses on the improvement of agricultural production technology,while the broad sense focuses more on meeting the actual needs of farmers.The behavior of farmers to choose agricultural technology depends on three factors: national policy,extension personnel and themselves.However,existing agricultural technical service organization layout and working mechanism have many problems.The government should continue to optimize and improve the agricultural service system,establish a coordination mechanism and create a good service environment,so as to build a scientific and effective management structure.The purpose of this paper is to discuss how to establish an efficient and accurate agricultural technology extension mechanism to solve the problems that farmers’ interest demands and actual needs of agricultural technology are ignored,and the links related to agricultural technology,such as research and development,promotion and using,are not closely connected.Based on endogenous growth theory and system theory,combined with the survey data of samples,the multiple regression model was used to analyze the current situation of agricultural technology extension and the acceptance of it from farmers in Nantong City,to find out the dilemma of agricultural technology extension service system construction and find solutions.At the same time,the relationship between the government,agricultural technology research institutions,agricultural machinery extension department and farmers was studied,and the new cooperation relationship and functional optimization suggestions were put forward.Finally,the paper puts forward the feedback and adjustment "double cycle" mechanism to adapt to the promotion of agricultural technology in Nantong City.
