| The stagflation economic crisis in the 1970 s led to the extreme chaos of the welfare system and public service management system in Western countries. It was difficult for the government to continue to provide financial assistance in the social welfare field, and at the same time, the financial support for non-profit organizations was greatly reduced. In this context, social enterprises, the social innovation mode of destructive innovation, have sprung up in Western countries.Through active collaboration with direct stakeholders, this new type of organization has creatively broken the Western welfare stalemate, making an important contributions in promoting employment, creating economic income and reducing poverty. At the same time, this innovative organization has also met the needs of vulnerable groups and promoted the sustainable social development. In 2004,social enterprises were officially introduced to China.Social enterprises have played a positive role in the harmonious development of China’s economy and society.More and more people participate in social services as volunteers,so volunteers,a special temporary team, began to appear in social enterprises. In this case, collaborative services in social enterprises are no longer confined to the community members who have previously maintained good relationships in their daily lives, but begin to appear in the service encounter between participants who do not have pre-existing relationships. This change brings some difficulties and challenges to the trust building of social enterprises. In this paper,Storytelling is mainly reflected in three aspects: design process, information transmission and volunteer service activities.Starting from the social enterprise itself, this paper selects the most important trust relationship between volunteers and the social enterprise as the research question by discussing the stakeholders of the social enterprise. From the two trust elements of affective trust and cognitive trust,I study the relationship quality problem in volunteer service from the perspective of service encounter, and find out the key influencing factors affecting the affective trust of volunteers in social enterprises through trust measurement, and explores how social enterprises use storytelling to make volunteers build trust in a short time, enhance the service experience of volunteers, and the quality of relationships between volunteers and social enterprises. Finally, through experiments on the experimental platform, the theoretical hypothesis and the derived toolkit are verified, hoping that this paper could provide some ideas for social enterprises in dealing with the relationship between volunteers. |
