Research On The Impact Of TMT Social Capital On Organizational Innovation Performance

Facing economic globalization,market internationalization,speed up technological progress and international environment,many enterprises of china to enhance competitiveness,not only to strengthen the technological innovation ability and also began to continuous innovation in internal management.Enterprise as a life,need to be in constant change and innovation for the survival and development,as a result,more and more enterprises begin to focus on the question of organization innovation.Traditional organization innovation theory think that the enterprise external environment change is the main factor.But for our country enterprise,more enterprises began to think of organizational innovation in internal environment.So,enterprise internal social capital(ISC)'s influence on organizational innovation become a new subject,has attracted many attentions of the scholars.Since the concept of social capital is raised,a lot of scholars both at home and abroad had researched it.The research on the external social capital(ESC),also have ISC research,but research on the effects of social capital on organizational innovation are numbered,especially in the top management team(TMT).Therefore,this paper is very meaningful about the impact of social capital on organizational innovation.This article mainly study the effects of Information sharing,Team trust,and Shared vision of ISC on organizational innovation performance.This study conducted the TMT social capital how to influence organizational innovation by investigated the enterprises in an industrial park in Chengdu.The results showed that the Information sharing,Team trust and Shared vision in the TMT to have a positive influence on organizational innovation,thus it's concluded that TMT social capital has a positive influence on organizational innovation.The result has important value and significance for the related theory and practice,also help enterprises to improve management measures and promote the organization innovation ability of ascend.
