In recent years,China's economy has continued to develop steadily,the people's living standards have continued to improve,and consumer awareness and spending power have continued to increase.The development of the consumer market has promoted the development of the personal consumer credit business.Whether it is a commercial bank or an e-commerce platform,an internet finance company,the personal consumer loan business has developed very rapidly.The rapid development of personal consumer loans has brought greater opportunities and is accompanied by greater risks and challenges.This paper analyzes and studies the risk of personal consumption credit business of commercial banks,and proposes countermeasures.This paper first enumerates the research background and research status of domestic and foreign personal consumer loan business.Foreign research starts early and is more thorough,and knows ourselves and helps us to conduct more scientific research.Based on the definition of personal consumer loan business,this paper analyzes and compares the market status of commercial banks,e-commerce platforms and Internet platforms,and compares the three systems.This paper also elaborates the characteristics and causes of the personal consumer credit business risk of commercial banks in China,and based on the personal consumption loan business data of ICBC,through statistical analysis and logistic regression analysis,from the borrower's age,education,marriage.Based on the situation,work unit,family income,etc.,the risk factors and risk management of personal consumer credit business were studied and conclusions were drawn.Finally,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the risk of commercial banks' personal consumer credit business from the establishment of a sound risk management system for internal consumer credit,strengthening cooperation with other financial institutions,exploring risk transfer channels and improving the external environment of banks.
