Research On Logistics Management Optimization For Pharmaceutical Company Under New Situation

With the aging of the population,the improvement of people's awareness of health care and the increasing of medical services requirement,pharmaceutical industry in China plays an important role in the national economy and is highly focused by the public and the government.In recent years,the reform of health care has become one of the hottest topics in society.With the implementing and deepening of the new reform policy,the whole pharmaceutical industry is facing tremendous changes.This paper will stand in the perspective of multinational pharmaceutical manufacturers and domestic pharmaceutical logistics enterprises,through the understanding of the current situation of China's pharmaceutical logistics,evaluate the development direction and trend of pharmaceutical manufacturers and pharmaceutical logistics enterprises under the influence of the new policy of health care reform.Taking Company A as an example,by studying its logistics solutions under the new medical reform policy,this paper reveals the impact of the current pharmaceutical industry on the new medical reform policy,so as to provide favorable logistics operation optimization solutions for other pharmaceutical manufacturers and medical logistics enterprises with the same problems operating in China.It also provides empirical cases for policy makers of medical reform to illustrate that the new policy of medical reform can actively promote the rapid development of the pharmaceutical logistics market.Firstly,this paper introduces the development of medical logistics in China,and points out the motivation of the reform of medical logistics in China by comparing the development of medical logistics in other developed countries.Secondly,the impact and challenges of health care reform on pharmaceutical logistics enterprises in various aspects are analyzed,and some problems and experiences encountered in the development process are analyzed in combination with the actual situation of A company.It summarizes that the urgent problem to be solved in the pharmaceutical logistics of Company A is the optimization of logistics network.Based on the exploration of the development strategy of Company A and the goal of optimizing drug supply,this paper makes a detailed analysis of the new policies and practices put forward by the pharmaceutical logistics industry in China in the aspect of medical reform.Combined with the internal and external problems and difficulties encountered by Company A after the new policies,a series of solutions are obtained for pharmaceutical manufacturers and pharmaceutical logistics enterprises to optimize their logistics activities.A resolution.Then,aiming at the logistics network optimization and warehouse location problem in the optimization scheme,combined with the case of Company A,the model is solved satisfactorily by heuristic greedy algorithm considering the mode of transportation cost optimization.Then add the qualitative analysis method of weighted score,through the grading of five-level scale and the selection of qualitative indicators,let experts score the final weight evaluation total score of each satisfactory solution.In order to achieve the best location of drug logistics suitable for Company A.Through the actual case of Company A,it is proved that heuristic algorithm combined with qualitative analysis can avoid the problem of one-sided pursuit of cost in the solution of warehouse location problem.This method is more suitable for pharmaceutical manufacturers and pharmaceutical logistics enterprises to select the logistics center location problem.
