Since the economy has much progress in our Country, we run a higherrequirement to the efficiency of the logistics.The efficiency of logistics is directly determined by the rationalization oflogistics network. Therefore, logistics network optimization problem will be aresearch topic of this paper.Because of the complex logistics network, many factorsaffect the network and alse deficiencies. After studying lots of domestic and foreignreferences, according to the results of previous studies, the study assumed that thepast elements is more actual and close to reality, in order to obtain a more rational,efficient logistics network solutions.Siting of the facility has been a key issue oflogistics network optimization, Through read many scholars’s research results, foundthat most of the studies set the intermediate nodes stocks to constant or linearfunction about throughput, This is clearly not in line with the constitutes of inventorycosts in reality.Therefore, this article will set the relationship between inventory and throughputas the quadratic function relation,and make an introduction foe location model,thatwill be more conducive to reasonable access to the site location.On this basis, the paper do a detailed research and development to the pathoptimization problems. Because each node to form a complete logistics networkthrough a link to the path so this article is designed to get the best vehicle routingscheme to create and solve related models.Similarly, after re-reading a lot ofliterature,we found that few people covered for multi-target path optimization on thebasis of soft time windows. In addition, the study makes the results more objectivemeet the dual needs of enterprises and customers,and most companies are willing toaccept constraints of soft time windows.Then, modeling and design GeneticAlgorithm, programming on MATLAB7.0software platform to solve it.By asking questions、modeling、designing algorithm and finally studying case,We find logistics network optimization under the concept of nonlinear inventory andtime window is more in line with actual requirements,and can obtain a more effectivelogistics network solutions.The main structure of the article is as below. Chapter I describes the background of the paper, as well as describes the practical significance and value ofthe entire subject, playing a role of opening theme and given the tone of thelegislature to study. The second chapter give the theoretical basis for a detaileddescription of this topic, laying the foundation for the next wording. Chapter III forthe facility location problem and started to introduce the concept of non-linearinventory location model to them, and use the improved Baomu Er-Wolfe method tosolve this location problem, and finally verify this by example a reliable method.Chapter IV for the path optimization problem to start establishing target model undersoft time windows, finally, an example to improve the validity of this model.ChapterV summary and prospect, Hoping to be a reference for optimization ofenterprise logistics network through this study,also hope this article can give a littleinspiration for research studies in future through this paper, Finally, giving theinadequacy of this study and The prospect of future.
