Research On The Operation Of Start-ups Based On Big Data Technology

On October 23,2009,the GEM held its opening ceremony.On October 30,China's GEM was officially listed and sharpened for ten years.The GEM has occupied a place in the stock market since then.Compared with the main board market,most of the companies listed on the GEM are engaged in high-tech business,often with a shorter time,smaller scale and less outstanding performance,but there is a larger room for growth.Enterprises listed on GEM have their own halo since listing,and their "three high" attributes make investors love and hate them.But in many enterprises,how to choose enterprises with great potential for development to invest? What indicators should enterprise managers focus on in the process of enterprise operation to ensure that problems can be found and adjusted in time.In this paper,based on the published financial statements of the listed companies on the GEM and some hand-sorted data,we use factor analysis to study the listed companies on the GEM from the aspects of profitability,assets and liabilities,cash flow,development ability and operation ability.Comparing the scores of each factor in different industries and the scores of the high-performance enterprises in each factor,the purpose is to find a method to evaluate the operation ability of enterprises,and at the same time,according to the differences among industries,to find the commonality and difference of the evaluation criteria of the operation ability of different industries,so as to put forward more accurate suggestions and opinions on the operation of enterprises...
