Performance management and Compensation management are the two core modules in enterprise human resource management.The perfect performance and compensation management system play a a very important role for attracting and retaining talents to enterprises,creating efficient and stable employees and achieving sustainable development of enterprises.S Company is a fund company engaged in private equity investment management.It is gradually moving from the initial period to the growth period.Establishing a stable fund management team and fully utilizing the talent resources to shape the core competitiveness of the company is the key to the sustainable development of S Company..This paper starts with the optimization design of S company's compensation and performance management system,analyzes the background data of S company,and diagnoses the original performance and compensation management system of S company through the employee satisfaction survey and interview: The performance goal setting lacks scientific,the performance index is not comprehensive,the performance evaluation lacks the detailed standard,The performance management process lacks supervision and guidance,the performance appraisal result is not used,the salary management thought is backward,the salary structure is not perfect,the salary level is not competitive with the external lack of fairness and so on.Aiming at the problems existing in S company's performance management system,this paper gives theoretical guidance on the optimization design of s Company's performance management system from four aspects of performance planning,performance execution,performance evaluation and performance feedback respectively.Aiming at the problems existing in the compensation management system of s company,this paper studies the optimization design of s Company's compensation management system from the following aspects: Adjusting the salary level,using the mixed salary strategy,optimizing the salary structure,adjusting the salary solid-floating ratio,introducing the performance wage,and establishing the performance-oriented salary adjustment systemAfter the design of S company's performance and Compensation Management system optimization scheme,the author puts forward some suggestions for the operation guarantee of S Company's performance and salary management optimization scheme,and helps S company's compensation and performance management optimization scheme to be implemented on the ground through the guarantee measures such as personnel recruitment and establishment.This paper aims to improve the human resources management level of S company through the redesign of S company's performance and compensation management system,help S company attract and retain talents,and lay the foundation for the future development of S company.It also expects to have the function of guidance and reference to the human resource management of other similar PE company.
