As an important source of financing for enterprises,debt is a powerful lever for enterprises to expand their operations.Enterprise managers and operators should be reasonably indebted,so that liabilities become the driving force for the development of enterprises,and at the same time should establish the awareness of compliance management to avoid the financial difficulties caused by excessive debt.Baoqianli is a high-tech enterprise,mainly engaged in video technology products.Due to the strong capital adsorption characteristics of the high-tech industry,Baoqianli should have become a financially sound enterprise.However,in the earnest expectation of investors,Baoqianli has exposed debt defaults.What factors are causing debt defaults in Baoqianli,and what kind of results are derived from them,and how to prevent them in advance,these issues are worthy of further investigation.In view of the above problems,this paper firstly establishes the research and analysis framework of this paper from the perspectives of the causes and revelations of debt defaults.Secondly,it defines the important concepts involved in this paper and explains the relevant theoretical basis for case studies.Then,review and describe the case company and debt default process and consequences,and describe the original appearance of the default event;then,based on Baoqianli's 2015-2017 financial report and related background information,analyze the financial status and business investment of Baoqianli.The four dimensions of major shareholder encroachment and corporate governance systematically analyze the reasons for the company's debt default;finally,the related revelation of debt default from the two levels of finance and internal and external corporate governance.
