Research On The Impact Of Green Manufacturing On Enterprise's Economic Performance

As early as August 2005,Comrade Xi Jinping,then Secretary of the Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee,put forward the scientific conclusion that "green water and green hills are Jinshan and Yinshan" when he visited Anji,Huzhou,Zhejiang Province.In December 2014,the concept of "Made in China 2025" was first proposed.Green manufacturing engineering is one of the five major projects of "Made in China 2025".Made in China 2025 proposes that by 2025,the energy consumption,material consumption and pollutant emissions of industrial added value in key industries will reach the advanced level in the world.Promoting green manufacturing is the guarantee of promoting "Made in China 2025".Developing related basic technologies such as green materials,green energy and green design database,knowledge base,etc.,to produce green products that protect the environment and improve resource efficiency,and standardizing enterprise behavior with laws and regulations.So it is imperative to develop green manufacturing technology.Therefore,the research on green manufacturing and enterprise economic performance will be conducive to the realization of "Made in China 2025" green manufacturing project.At present,with the rapid increase of global carbon emissions and the rapid warming of the climate,the "green manufacturing" model of enterprises has become a global hot spot.China is also actively pursuing this important enterprise development strategy.In this context,through green technology innovation,system innovation and management innovation,enterprises can adjust their economic development model,thereby reducing waste of resources and achieving the goal of keeping pace with environmental protection and economic development as soon as possible.In addition,manufacturing industry is the pillar industry of the national economy.The development of manufacturing industry is directly related to the lifeline of the country.Whether manufacturing industry has a good "green degree" is of great significance to the sustainable and healthy development of the entire national economy.Based on the existing literature,this paper puts forward the theoretical model and hypothesis of this study.This paper concludes that environmental regulation and green technology innovation play a moderating role between green manufacturing and enterprise economic performance.In this study,after referring to the scale at home and abroad and combining with the actual situation of our country,the final questionnaire was revised and formed.Questionnaires were sent out to the main responsible personnel of manufacturing enterprises and data were collected.Finally,163 valid questionnaires were collected,and the data were analyzed by SPSS23.0.The research hypothesis was proved by the results of data analysis.The final conclusions of this study are as follows: 1.Environmental regulation positively affects enterprise performance;2.Environmental regulation intensity positively affects enterprise economic performance;3.Environmental regulation plays a regulatory role in the impact of green manufacturing on enterprise economic performance;4.Green manufacturing positively affects green technology creation.New;5.Green technology innovation positively affects enterprise economic performance;6.Green technology innovation plays a mediating role in the impact of green manufacturing on enterprise economic performance.Finally,combined with the conclusions of this study,the corresponding management suggestions and Countermeasures for green manufacturing and development of manufacturing enterprises in China are put forward.
