Since the industrial revolution, people paid a huge cost of resources and environment, brought the resources crisis, ecological degradation, environmental pollution and a series of serious problems when people created huge material wealth. Under pressure of the government’s environmental protection policy, more and more enterprises participate in recycling to extract the residual value through recycling the end of the market life of product. Compared with the traditional supply chain, closed-loop supply chain is established on the concept of reverse logistics development.Closed loop supply chain integrates the forward and reverse supply chain and helps reduce the depletion of natural resources and environmental pollution. It is an effective form to achieve the dual purpose of economic development and environmental protection. Therefore, it has realistic significance of the economics and environment for the government to take measures to encourage the development of closed-loop supply chain. But the implementation of closed-loop supply chain involves many participants. In comparison with the single main body enterprise, environmental regulation has the particularity of its effect. At present, researches on the relationship of environmental regulation, green technology innovation and economic performance are very lack on the closed-loop supply chain. This also makes it difficult to make a reasonable interpretation of the impact of environmental regulation on the closed-loop supply chain. During the period the continuous development of the closed-loop supply chain, this also led to the existing theoretical research results difficult to provide guidance for environmental regulation policies affecting the development of closed-loop supply chain. Therefore, the research on the relationship of environmental regulation, green technology innovation and economy performance based on closed loop supply chain has the practical significance and theoretical value.In this thesis, based on the closed-loop supply chain, based on the relationship among environmental regulation, green technology innovation and economic performance as the research object, starting from the essence of government market environment regulation policy, study the impact of environmental regulation on the green technology innovation and economic performance of technology innovation decision-making body under three kinds of government incentives. Studies have shown that three government incentives under, appropriate government incentives can not only effectively stimulate technological innovation decision-making body to develop green technology innovation, and ultimately improve their economic performance.The thesis is divided into four parts:First, establish model and analysis. Through the literature review, this study proposed ideas. Based on the related theory, illustrates the theoretical basis of this study. Based on the literature study and theoretical explanation, establish the relationship among environmental regulation, green technology innovation and economic performance model of the closed-loop supply chain. Based on equilibrium analysis of the model, determine the related prices, outputs and profits equilibrium value of closed-loop supply chain.Second, study on the relationship between green technology innovation and economic performance of the closed-loop supply chain. Based on decentralized decision and centralized decision model, analysis the effect of price, yield and profit of green technology innovation and traditional technology innovation in decentralized and centralized decision mode. Based on the analysis of the yield and profit effect of green technology innovation and traditional technology innovation, study the effect of green technology innovation and traditional technology innovation on the environmental performance and economic performance under different conditions and the power of the technology innovation decision-making body to develop green technology innovation and traditional technology innovation.Third, study on the relationship between environment regulation and economic performance of the close-loop supply chain. Based on decentralized decision and centralized decision model, analysis the effect of price, yield, profit and green technology innovation’s gains of environment regulation in decentralized and centralized decision mode. On the effect of yield, profit and green technology innovation’s gains of environment regulation, analysis the direct effect of environment regulation on the environmental performance and economic performance under different conditions and the power of the technology innovation decision-making body to develop green technology innovation.Forth, analyse the relationship among environmental regulation, green technology innovation and economic performance of the closed-loop supply chain. Based on considering the opportunity cost of the green technology innovation (the traditional innovation gains), analysis the conditions that government incentives encourage effectively technological innovation decision-making body to develop green technological innovation. Based on considering the direct effect on economic performance and green technology innovation gains of environment regulation on the technology innovation decision-making body, study the total effect of economic performance of environment regulation on the technology innovation decision-making body, determine the conditions of environment regulation to improve economic performance of the technology innovation decision-making body. Based on comprehensively considering the conditions that government incentives encourage effectively technological innovation decision-making body to develop green technological innovation and the conditions of environment regulation to improve economic performance of the technology innovation decision-making body, analysis the conditions of both effectively encouraging to develop green technology innovation and improving the economic performance of the technology innovation decision-making body, quantitatively analysis "Porter Hypothesis" theory.
