Evaluation And Development Strategy Of Ruraltourism Resources In Shangcheng County

As a new type of commercial activity,rural tourism plays an important role in promoting rural economic development and implementing rural revitalization strategy in underdeveloped areas.In recent years,Shangcheng County has been striving to develop rural tourism by designing specialized tourism products such as returning to pastoral,experiencing the fun of farming and rural recreational tourism and has received good reaction in the domestic market.However,rural tourism in Shangcheng County starts late,and there are still some problems such as unscientific development and utilization of resources,inadequate products and incomplete elements.How to solve these problems as soon as possible is imminent for the further development.Based on the theories of sustainable development and industrial integration,this paper starts with the evaluation of rural tourism resources in Shangcheng County by field investigation and SWOT analysis.Then by the study of the advantages of resources and the current situation of development,the paper puts forward corresponding development strategies in combination with the actual situation of Shangcheng County.The main conclusions and contributions are as follows:First,rural tourism resources classification system is innovatively constructed by dividing Shangcheng County rural tourism resources into five categories,18 sub-categories and 42 basic types,and confirming the overall 538 resources,which greatly promotes the development of rural tourism resources classification research.Second,Based on the results of a combination of qualitative and quantitative resource evaluation,Shangcheng County has a pleasant ecological environment.Its rural tourism resources types are rich and the quality is high with obvious advantages in the overall combination of resources.These types can be summed up as "mountains","waters","fields","gardens","tea","food" and "literature".Third,Spatial distribution of rural tourism resources in Shangcheng County is distinctive.mainly concentrate in four areas: suburbs,scenic suburbs,farmland concentrated areas and remote mountainous reservoir areas.According to the main body of investment,the development mode can be divided into five types: government-led,villagers-led,enterprise-led,collective-led and multi-party cooperation.According to the characteristics of resources,it can be divided into four types: leisure sightseeing,pastoral agriculture,specialty breeding and folk customs.Fourth,rural tourism resources in Shangcheng County are at the stage of primary product development,service facilities are not perfect,and the advantages and disadvantages of current development coexist with opportunities and challenges.Fifth,in order to promote the high-quality development of rural tourism in Shangcheng County,five development strategies can be implemented in the future,namely,global linkage and overall planning,regional revitalization and coordination,so as to further improve the factors of tourism production,integration of tourism industry and construction of ecological civilization.
