Study On The Integrated Development Of Leisure Agriculture And Rural Tourism In Shangcheng County

With the rapid development of the social economy,people's demand for leisure is growing,and the market demand for tourism is gradually increasing.As a new form of business,the integration of leisure agriculture and rural tourism is receiving more and more attention from governments at all levels.The Shangcheng County Government firmly grasps this opportunity,attaches great importance to the integration of rural tourism and promotes regional economic development,makes full use of the natural and human resources of the region,and provides visitors with multi-directional and multi-sensory experience products to fully meet the needs of the tourist experience.Therefore,how to scientifically and rationally develop the agricultural tourism integration model and correctly guide the healthy development of leisure agriculture and rural tourism in Shangcheng County requires exploration from theory to practice.This paper takes the development of leisure agriculture and rural tourism in Shangcheng County as the research object,based on the theory of industrial integration,the theory of agricultural multi-functional development,the theory of Maslow's hierarchy of needs and the theory of sustainable development?The research methods include the literature method and the field investigation method.To sort out the research results of scholars at home and abroad,from the concept of leisure agriculture and rural tourism,analyze the relationship between the two,and lay the foundation for the fusion research.This paper analyzes the stages,characteristics and existing problems of the independent development of leisure agriculture and rural tourism in Shangcheng County.On this basis,the status quo of the development of agricultural tourism integration in Shangcheng County is summarized.There are four development modes:the ecological agriculture development model based on the agricultural tourism demonstration park,focusing on fishing,picking and catering.The development model of leisure and entertainment,the development model of agricultural culture based on agricultural production and rural life,and the development model of science and technology tourism based on agricultural technology promotion and popular science education.Aiming at the analysis of the current situation,the problems of thedevelopment of the combination of leisure agriculture and rural tourism in Shangcheng County were considered.First,the lack of unified planning,the layout was not reasonable,the current planning was not implemented and the positioning was biased.Second,the brand creation was weak.Insufficient in-depth development,the overall market brand of agricultural tourism in Shangcheng County is not loud enough,and the tourism products are not graded.Third,the infrastructure construction is backward,the service level is not high,including the construction of roads,hydropower pipe networks,passenger transportation,internal equipment,etc.;The management work is not in place,the various systems are not perfect,the lack of government supervision and the short-sightedness of the market operators have reduced the overall experience of tourists.This paper summarizes the key factors affecting the development of the combination of leisure agriculture and rural tourism in Shangcheng County,including natural resource factors,policy environmental factors,economic environmental factors,social environmental factors and industrial environmental factors.In order to promote the development of agricultural tourism in Shangcheng County,this paper proposes four aspects of countermeasures from macro to micro: unified adjustment planning,scientific and rational deployment;creating local characteristics,strengthening brand creation and promotion;improving infrastructure,improving service level;strengthening standard management Improve the rules and regulations.Through these measures,the development model of leisure agriculture and rural tourism in Shangcheng County is promoted to lead the development of rural economy and provide reference for regional economic development.
