Research On Management Audit Model Based On Power Supply Station

In 2018,as a wholly state-owned enterprise,the State Grid Corporation,ranked second among the top 500 enterprises in the world,is responsible for the transmission and distribution work,which is an indispensable guarantee for China's national economy to take off.With the rapid development of economy,China's demand for electricity is increasing both in quantity and quality.The challenges and opportunities faced by power grid enterprises coexist.The power supply office under the power supply company is not only the first line of safety in production,the direct platform of operation and management,and the first window of customer service for the power supply enterprise,but also directly shoulders the responsibility of serving the local economy,promoting the local power construction and influencing the social progress.The quality and level of power supply management are directly related to the quality of power supply,the economic benefits of enterprises,the image of enterprises and the social responsibility of enterprises,good power supply is a good enterprise,and a good power supply is a good enterprise.The most basic unit of electric power enterprise is power supply station.To do a good job in all aspects of power supply station is the basic guarantee for the company to achieve its work objectives,and is also an important guarantee for the development of enterprises.Making a good job of key business operation and management in power supply comprehensive management,production management,safety management and marketing management can mobilize the employees of power supply stations to give full play to their production enthusiasm and creativity,and improve the working skills and comprehensive quality of the members of power supply stations.If the management of power supply station is well done,the power grid enterprises will naturally become better and better.This paper combines the inherent attributes and particularities of the power supply substation under the power supply company with the system-based audit,risk-based audit theory and lean audit idea,and constructs a service-oriented power supply substation management audit model that adapts to the characteristics and functions of power supply management.In this model,risk identification and problem base analysis are combined to draw a risk(problem)map,identify the key business areas of audit,then select the key audit power stations according to eigenvalue comparison,and then implement the management audit of power stations by"three-tier parallel" and "four-tier peer" audit.This model is of great practical significance for the management audit of more than 40,000 power supply stations in China and the timely economic responsibility audit of the directors of power supply stations.This paper also introduces the feasibility and results of the audit model applied in the power supply substation affiliated to A Power Supply Company.This article will explore the audit mode of power supply management.On the one hand,it is possible to expand the relevant research on the audit of the power supply enterprise's grass-roots power supply,and enrich the literature on the audit of the power supply management,which has certain theoretical significance;on the other hand,it can also provide reference suggestions for the power supply enterprise to manage the audit base power supply,and help the power supply.It is of practical significance for enterprises to further improve the audit mode of power supply management and optimize the audit process.
