In recent years,the effect of Chinese economic restructuring has been highlighted,and the contribution of consumption to the domestic economy has been increasing.Stimulating the consumption demand of residents is meaningful to lasting,healthy and rapid development of Chinese real economy.At the same time,the huge market also provides unprecedented opportunities and increasingly fierce challenges for the personal loan business of commercial banks.In this situation,how to optimize sustainable and competitive personal loan business development strategy is particularly important and urgent in the context of the current development and transformation of Chinese commercial banks.This paper takes J Bank as an example,focusing on the theme of how J Bank formulates personal loan business development strategy that suits its own resource endowment from three levels:problem-raising,problem-analysis and problem-solving.This paper excavates the existing problems of J Bank's personal loan business development strategy,and optimizes the new personal loan business development strategy which is suitable for J Bank.This paper defines the related concepts of personal loan of commercial banks,then analyses the relevant theories,and summarizes the existing development strategies of personal loan business of commercial banks.Through the analysis of the current situation of J Bank's personal loan business development strategy from various perspectives,it is concluded that there are some problems,such as lack of profit model and pricing strategy,inadequate customer convenience,inadequate business management ability and inadequate marketing ability of sales staff.The research finds that the main causes of the development strategy problems of J Bank's personal loan business are single business profit model,outmoded system construction,weak offline and online channels,short of human resources,poor asset quality and imperfect product system.On the basis of further analysis of the causes and related theories,this paper puts forward adjusting the structure of consumer loans,perfecting pricing system and research pricing model,promoting the operation mode of individual credit centers and increasing the online drainage of customers,intensifying the efforts of overdue collection,expanding product system and expanding customer groups,strengthening customer life cycle and management business development optimization strategy.The improved personal loan business development strategy is more comprehensive and forward-looking.It can provide some valuable reference suggestions for the personal loan business development of J Bank,and promote the core competitiveness of its personal loan business.
