With the rapid development of information technology,the emergence of the era of big data has become inevitable."Data" has penetrated all walks of life and become an important factor of production.People consciously excavate and use these massive data to meet the advent of the era of big data.Advertising industry,which is closely related to economic development,is also affected by big data.Against this background,traditional extensive advertising faces unprecedented challenges.Traditional advertising companies should actively make changes,with the changing market environment and constantly adjust the way of service,the application of emerging technology to create a better marketing platform to meet the needs of advertisers,open up a wider consumer market,in order to get better survival and development.This paper mainly carries out the research from the following aspects:Firstly,it explains the relevant concepts involved in this study,including the meaning and characteristics of large data,and analyzes the development status of advertising enterprises in China.Then it analyzes the impact of the big data era on the traditional advertising enterprises,including the changes of the communication environment in the big data era,the opportunities and challenges faced by the advertising enterprises under the big data background;and then it takes A advertising company as an example,from the company's operation status,the company's SWOT,the company's transformation needs analysis of three aspects.The necessity of transformation and upgrading of advertising companies under the background of big data is discussed.Finally,the specific transformation plan of A company under the background of big data is put forward from three aspects of management mode,production mode and management mode,which provides specific measures for small and medium-sized advertising enterprises to cope with international competition and contributes to the development of advertising enterprises in China.Meager strength.
