In the era of rapid development of science and technology,enterprises are faced with unlimited opportunities and great challenges at the same time.Therefore,if enterprises want to achieve sustainable development,they should carry forward the spirit of pioneering and innovation and strive to stand on the fierce market competition.Enterprises in the innovation-driven development strategy have put forward new challenges to employees,and the requirement of job diversity on employees' skill innovation has been constantly increasing,which has caused the problem of how employees reflect the performance of skill innovation in work.Research by investigating the transformation of the construction industry,a line in the data sampled from the industry skills employees,after controlling for related variables,on the basis of diversity of working skills,psychological contract and innovation performance hypothesis model is put forward,and the introduction of transactions,relationships,development of the three psychological contract intermediary variables,the empirical work on the diversity and frontline staff skills correlation between innovation performance.The results show that job diversity has a significant positive impact on front-line employees' skill innovation performance,and job diversity has a significant positive impact on their psychological contract.Psychological contract plays an intermediary effect on the impact of job diversity on skill innovation performance.Starting from the subdivision dimension,psychological contract plays a full mediating influence on the performance of skill innovation in the diversity of work skills,work meaning,work content and work methods,while psychological contract plays a part of mediating influence on the performance of skill innovation in the diversity of work feedback.Finally,based on the existing analysis,this paper advocates that enterprises should pay attention to the development of employees' career,focus on the development of employees' professional skills training,give employees the space to play the innovation,implement the employee help plan and other Suggestions,so as to provide Suggestions and Suggestions for the improvement of employees' skill innovation performance.
