Performance appraisal is not only the key module of human resource management,but also plays a very important role in enterprise management.Through the design of a perfect performance appraisal system,real estate enterprises can achieve the goal of stimulating employees' work potential.However,from the strategic point of view to explore the performance appraisal related issues is currently lacking in most enterprises in China,most enterprises are simply to achieve the purpose of appraisal.Balanced scorecard is a performance appraisal method based on the enterprise strategy,which comprehensively assesses the present and future of the enterprise;pays attention to the process and results of the appraisal,and always focuses on the needs of the enterprise strategy.Based on this,fully combining the Balanced Scorecard with the performance appraisal of enterprises has very important research significance.Small loan companies in human resources management is relatively weak,performance appraisal work has not been given sufficient attention.However,with the rapid development of enterprises,the problems of internal management gradually exposed,managers began to pay attention to performance appraisal,trying to gradually improve the overall performance level of enterprises through the improvement of the performance appraisal system.Therefore,this paper chooses the credit officers of small loan companies as the analysis object,carries on the comprehensive analysis according to the company's present performance appraisal implementation situation and the existence question,draws lessons from the Balanced Scorecard theory foundation,attempts to explore the relatively scientific,feasible,and the enterprise development actual tallies the performance appraisal system,thus improves the enterprise performance.This paper focuses on the balanced scorecard,modern performance management concepts and enterprise development status of three aspects of comprehensive research,for small loan companies to build a new performance appraisal system.
