Human resources play an important role in the enterprise,in the face of increasingly competitive market competition and changing market environment,how to quickly train staff,how to effectively motivate employees is the core of human resources management.Performance evaluation is the carrier of employee motivation,but also an important part of human resources management,so good performance appraisal work is very important.With the financial market environment changes and market competition intensified,postal banks in the usher in a new opportunity at the same time,also faced with severe challenges.In this situation,human resource management is also facing this challenge,how to develop a new pattern of postal bank staff is particularly important.In this paper,the performance evaluation of the credit officer of the postal bank of G City is taken as the research object.Firstly,the theory of performance appraisal is reviewed.Then,the present situation and existing problems of the performance evaluation of the credit banker of G City are analyzed.On the basis of the theory and the problem,constructing performance appraisal system.Before the reconstruction of the performance appraisal system,the author has carried on the work analysis to the loan officer,has written the job instruction form,guided by the strategic development goal of G City Postal Bank,takes the department development goal as the core,and then uses(KPI),questionnaire survey,brainstorming method,combined with other scholars in the performance appraisal system research results,initially identified the performance evaluation system,and then use factor analysis to determine the performance evaluation system and the weight of the indicator.Finally,this paper also elaborates on the implementation and application of performance appraisal.In this paper,the implementation and application of the improvement scheme of credit performance evaluation of postal bank credit in G City has certain practical significance,and it also has some reference value for the performance evaluation of similar personnel in other financial institutions.
