Research On The Financial Performance Of Village Banks Listed On The New Third Board

With the improvement of the operation level of village banks,they began to get access to the domestic capital market.In the choice of the listed market,National Equities Exchange and Quotations(NEEQ for short),namely New OTC Market,has become the priority for listed village banks.New OTC Market is the financing platform for small-and medium-sized enterprises with special listing needs in China.The purpose of listing village banks on this platform is to help them broaden financing channels,and to enhance their competitiveness and sustainable development ability.This thesis takes three listed village banks as samples,and establishes a financial performance evaluation system based on the five-year financial data of three samples from 2014 to 2018,which includes profit ability,operational ability and solvency.It uses the selected indicators to compare the financial data of village banks in five years,and then selects 8 listed rural commercial banks which belong to the same banking enterprises in 2018.As a research sample,banks use factor analysis to make horizontal comparison within the same banking industry,intending to conduct a comprehensive performance appraisal and analysis of listed village banks through vertical and horizontal analyses.It is concluded that,when analyzing the listed village banks through longitudinal entropy method,the new listed banks at NEEQ will have a certain impact on their financial performances,it will reduce the listed village bank's earnings in profitability;improve the listed village bank's paying ability,help banks coordinate the rational distribution of funds supply and demand;in terms of operational capacity,it will improve the asset operating efficiency of village banks in the short term,but it does not last long,it should depend on the bank's own business operation in the long term.When analyzing the listed village bank's financial performance through horizontal factor analysis,the listed village banks are better than the rural commercial banks,but there is unbalanced development among indicators,the listed village banks should pay attention to synchronized development of indicators.
