The Research On Performance Evaluation Of Listed Commerci-al Banks In China

With the financial market comprehensive opening and the rapid development of the domestic banking industry, the banking industry is facing great opportunities and challenges. As the main body of financial market in our country, the performance of commercial banks directly affects the national life and economic stability. Strengthening the study on Evaluation of listed commercial bank performance, is not only to improve the management mechanism of China’s commercial banks, improving the comprehensive performance of China’s commercial banks, but also to integrate with the international banking, preparing to construction of modern commercial banks.Firstly this paper conducted the review of commercial bank evaluation theory, and introduced the performance evaluation system of the world famous regulators, listed the rating agencies bank performance content, gave a brave review about financial index, X, efficiency and comprehensive evaluation of the performance of commercial bank in the literature, and analyzed the status of16Commercial banks in China listed, on the basis of the listed commercial bank performance evaluation index system of our country, this system includes the progressive capacity of commercial bank’s profitability, business growth, means, liquidity, asset quality and internal management six aspects and34two level indexes.According to the listed commercial bank performance evaluation system, we analysis the empirical analysis of listed commercial banks in2011to each index data information in China using factor, scientific weight of factor analysis, common factor to obtain the total score and the entropy method. Then we drew the listed commercial bank performance and ranking, the influence of factors on bank performance difference, summed up the impact of our country’s listed reasons for low performance of commercial bank. The results showed the development ability of commercial bank, which is the most important aspect in six aspects of performance, Bank of Ningbo, Bank of Nanjing, China Everbright Bank, China Construction Bank and China CITIC Bank ranks the first five.Finally, in the empirical analysis of the results and the factors influencing the performance of commercial banks in China’s case, from the Commercial Bank of our country’s human resource management, improved staff quality, strengthened the financial product innovation, improved risk control level, promoted the reform of property rights, the implementation of joint weight group six aspects, to improve the some countermeasures and suggestions to our country commercial bank performance.
