| “lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets”is General Secretary Xi Jinping's important judgment on ecological civilization,which is of great guiding significance to the assessment of regional ecological value and green development.This paper,through the study and understanding of the relevant knowledge of ecological value assessment,is of great significance to the assessment of regional ecological value and green development.At the same time,the connotation,type and evaluation method of ecological value of scenic spot are discussed by referring to the theory of ecological value evaluation at home and abroad.Through the comparison between the theoretical analysis and the ranking of value estimation,the ecological value evaluation is endowed with the significance.The ecological value of Yunlong Lake scenic spot is divided into product value,functional value,economic value.It is concluded that the total ecological value of Yunlong Lake Scenic spot is one billion seven hundred and seventeen million three hundred and twenty seven thousand seven hundred and ninety nine yuan,of which the ecological products account for 5.09% of the total value and the ecological function value accounts for 35.01% of the total value.Eco-economic value accounted for59.91% of the total value.This shows that the proportion of ecological product value to the ecological value of scenic spots is very low,but its function and extended economic value are far higher than its own price.Value,the ecological protection and development of the scenic area can make the green tree and green mountain realize much more than its own value.The ecological function of Yunlong Lake Scenic spot not only supplies product resources,but also has great ecological value in environmental regulation and cultural scientific research.In the evaluation of the development potential of scenic spots,the MA system is established according to the public awareness,expert advice and the requirements of the management department leadership.It is found that environmental protection,cultural value and tourism development are the most important three functions by using AHP to judge the importance of the ecological value of scenic spots.On the basis of full calculation,this paper discusses the difference between the importance order of each ecological value of Yunlong Lake Scenic spot and the theoretical derivation of the importance row.In providing places and employment,the Xuzhou Municipal Government has done enough work,but there is still greatpotential in cultural excavation,heritage protection,vegetation coverage,scientific research and education,and aquatic and biological cultivation.It is the starting point of the breakthrough development of the scenic spot. |
