The rapid development of the technical environment and the continuous updating of the market environment have made the enterprise's living environment close to turbulence,and more urgently demand technological innovation to cope with complicated external situations.However,what kind of innovation model should we choose to match the development needs and resources of the enterprise? The accurate answer to this question means that managers need to consider a large number of relevant factors.At the same time,this problem will bring about a high degree of complexity in making strategic decisions,and it is prone to the phenomenon that it is impossible to accurately locate and lead to the failure of the enterprise.An important reason for this problem is that managers lack awareness of the dominant logic.As the crystallization of the collective wisdom of managers,the dominant logic provides the basis for enterprises to find directions,formulate strategies,and select actions in a complicated environment.And the dominant logic is the key factor affecting the growth of the company,providing the original basis for the enterprise to choose the appropriate ambidextrous Innovation mode.Therefore,in-depth exploration of the dominant logic can clarify the choice of innovative behavior of the enterprise from the source,analysis of the role of dominant logic in ambidextrous Innovation can help companies to accurately locate and flexibly respond to changing organizational external contexts,which is an important research topic for the healthy development of enterprises.This paper takes the dynamics of the environment as the research perspective and studies two issues of the theme of "dominant logic",namely,"the evolution of dominant logic" and "the mechanism of action of dominant logic on ambidextrous innovation".On the basis of drawing on the dominant logic and the results of ambidextrous innovation,the paper uses the single case analysis and grounded theory to analyze the data of the case enterprise development.Layer by layer explores the existence of dominant logic types,the formation of dominant logic,the evolution of dominant logic types,the structural evolution of dominant logic,and the role of dominant logic in ambidextrous innovation.This paper clarifies the evolutionary path of dominant logic and the mechanism of action of dominant logic on ambidextrous innovation,and draws the following main conclusions:(1)The dominant logic types in the growth process of the enterprise include three kinds of "market interest acquisition dominant logic","technology innovation drive dominant logic" and "value sharing network dominant logic",which are produced one after another with the development of the enterprise.(2)The formation of dominant logic originates from the organization's screening of external situational information.The strategic cognition that is updated after the leadership's alert thinking process interacts with the dynamic capabilities of the organizational level is the pre-influence factor of the formation of the dominant logic.(3)The evolution of dominant logic is divided into two types: type evolution and structure evolution.The strategic cognition updated by the leadership's entrepreneurial alert thinking process and the dynamic capability interaction of the organizational layer is the key to promote the evolution of the dominant logic type;and the change of the status of the three logic types of "market interest acquisition leading logic","technology innovation-driven leading logic" and "value-sharing network-led logic" in the multi-logic system is the key to promoting the evolution of the dominant logical structure.(4)The dominant logic selects the dynamic capability to screen the opportunity information,coordinate the internal and external resources of the organization to implement organizational actions,and thus choose the ambidextrous innovation balance method that is compatible with the development of the enterprise.
