At present,the dynamics of the environment faced by enterprises are becoming stronger and stronger.The so-called dynamic environment on the one hand means that the external environment of enterprises has become more and more complex.On the other hand,it is said that the environment is changing faster and faster.The dynamic capabilities of companies have been considered as the fundamental source of sustained competitive advantage for companies in a changing and complex environment.The dynamic capability first emphasizes the sensitivity of the company to changes in the external environment,and secondly emphasizes the strategic decisions regarding the allocation of resources within the company.However,the research of Christensen and Overdorf(2000)shows that when companies are engaged in business activities with ambiguous causation,they often cannot respond quickly to changes in the external environment.Tripsas & Gavetti pointed out that corporate executives recognize cognitive representations,such as the beliefs or dominant logic shared by senior managers within a company,drive managers' decisions,influence management build issues,and find solutions.This means that there is a close relationship between the dominant logic and the dynamic capabilities of the company.Based on past research results,this study explores the concepts and dimensions of dominant logic and dynamic capabilities,and clarifies the role of the two dimensions of dominant logic in the three dimensions of dynamic capabilities.It proposes that senior management's environmental focus is positive on the ability to allocate resources.Environmental focus is positive on opportunities capture and threat response capabilities;environmental concerns are positively impacting resource allocation capabilities;senior managers are causal logic cognitive models are positively acting on resource allocation capabilities;and causal logic is a positive cognitive role model.In the ability of opportunity capture and threat response,the causal logic cognitive model is playing a positive role in the six research hypotheses of resource allocation capabilities,and constructs the role model of each dimension of the dominant logic in dynamic capabilities.In the empirical research part,combined with the relevant measurement scales and expert assessments,the variable measurement items required by the Institute were summed up to form a top management's leading logic and an enterprise dynamic capability measurement questionnaire.In the trial phase of the study,91 valid questionnaires were recovered.After the exploratory factor analysis was performed on the data,relevant questions were revised,formal investigations were conducted,and 208 valid questionnaires were again compiled.Finally,SPSS 19.0,a mathematical analysis tool,was used to test the reliability and validity of the questionnaire and confirm the factor analysis of the data.At the same time,AMOS 24.0 was used to establish the structural equation model and path analysis was performed to validate the research hypothesis.The main conclusions of the thesis are the following three:(1)The leading logic of high-level managers of enterprises can be composed of two dimensions: high-level manager's “environmental focus” and “causal logic cognitive model”,and the two dimensions can be used for high-level management.The dominant logic conducts research and measurement.(2)The dominant logic of the company's senior managers is playing a positive role in the formation of the company's dynamic capabilities.From the theoretical argumentation and empirical results,it can be seen that the two dimensions of the top management's dominant logic have a positive effect on the three dimensions of the company's dynamic capabilities.(3)The positive effect of the senior management leading logic on the dynamic capabilities of enterprises is mainly through five channels.These five approaches are the positive effects of high-level managers' focus on environmental insights;the senior management's focus on the positive role of resource allocation;the high-level managerial causal logic's positive effect on corporate environmental insights;Managerial causal logic plays a positive role in the capture of corporate opportunities and threat response capabilities;the causal logic of senior managers plays a positive role in the allocation of corporate resources.The main innovations of this dissertation are as follows: Firstly,for the first time,we try to propose operational measurement based on the two dimensions of the dominant logic “environmental focus” and “causal logic cognition model”;secondly,explore high levels for the first time.The relationship between managerial logic and dynamic capability dimension demonstrates the positive effect of dominant logic on firm dynamic capabilities.Third,the empirical research on the role of senior managerial leading logic in firm dynamic capabilities demonstrates from both theoretical and empirical perspectives.The mechanism of high-level managers' leading logic to the dynamic capabilities of enterprises.
