As we are in a world full of changes and uncertainties,the Chinese government take into consideration of both domestic and overseas market,and take the great chance to originate the strategy of the Belt and Road,aiming for shared prosperity along the way.China is under great downward pressure economically facing slower growth amid the unstable world economy.What is worse,the bank industry is confronted with tightening regulation and fierce competition from online finance,together with the upcoming interest marketization,currency internationalization and financial disintermediaton,it is struggling to find a silver lining for a breakthrough.On one hand,the Belt and Road brings with it great opportunities for banks seeking for oversea business due to the initiates' vast need for financing.On the other hand,China' s commercial banks is now facing high risks due to its low currency acceptance,interaction with other countries and financial innovation.Taking Qingdao branch of ABC for example,the thesis tries to make analysis of the risks related to the Belt and Road financial products,such as political risk,law risk,market risk,credit risk,environmental risk,social risk,etc.It tries to find the specific ways for control and management of these risks considering the current practice of other financial institutions.It comes to the conclusion that we should improve our risk management ability through tightening risk management foundation,cooperation,innovation,internalization of RMB and experts cultivation.
