At present,the state has issued a series of macro-control policies for the real estate industry,which has undergone tremendous changes in recent years.Under the current economic situation,more and more real estate business managers have realized that behind the fierce commercial war,the strategy of enterprises plays a vital role,and the development strategy of real estate enterprises has entered a new competitive state.Quanzhou DH Company is a well-known real estate company in Quanzhou.On the one hand,it has market prospects that other industries do not have and the advantages of resource integration.On the other hand,it also welcomes the growing maturity and fierce market environment of the real estate industry.Faced with the changing internal and external environment,how to make full use of existing resources and formulate strategies for the future development of enterprises has become a very important issue in the process of enterprise development.Based on this background,this paper takes Quanzhou DH Company as an example and uses strategic management theory and tools to analyze the company's development strategy,hoping to formulate a strategic plan suitable for the actual situation of the enterprise.Firstly,on the basis of combing the previous literature,this paper firstly uses PEST analysis method and Porter's Five Forces Model to analyze the external macro-environment,the development of the region and the competitive environment of the industry.Secondly,on the basis of the analysis of the current development situation of Quanzhou DH Company,it summarizes the problems and dilemmas that Quanzhou DH Company encounters in its production and operation,and further in the future.The internal environment of Quanzhou DH Company is analyzed from two aspects of resources and capabilities.Thirdly,the SWOT analysis method is used to make a comprehensive analysis.Combining with the company's strategic positioning and vision,it is concluded that the development opportunities of Quanzhou DH Company are greater than the challenges,the internal advantages of the company are obvious and the experience of diversification is possessed.Finally,the research formulates a plan for the implementation of the development strategy of Quanzhou DH Company,and further formulates a control and evaluation plan to ensure the effective implementation of the strategy at all levels.This research provides detailed development strategy for Quanzhou DH Company according to local conditions,so it has certain practical significance.At the same time,the research results have certain reference significance for other small and medium-sized enterprises in the same industry to formulate development strategy.
