Research On The Monitoring Of Adverse Reaction Of Cosmetics In Quanzhou City

Along with the rapid development of society,people are increasingly pursuing the improvement of their quality of life,and they are also paying attention to the ubiquitous cosmetics safety issue in life.In the aspect of cosmetics supervision,adverse reaction monitoring is an important means of supervision.Solving the problem of existence can improve the level of safety supervision after cosmetics are listed.Looking at the world,countries around the world have taken active measures to control and solve the problem of cosmetic adverse reactions.However,due to the late start of this monitoring in China,there are many problems in the monitoring under the weak foundation.Therefore,the research on the monitoring of cosmetic adverse reactions has great practical significance for cosmetic supervision.Based on the literature review,this paper takes Quanzhou as an example,closely links with the actual work,and uses literature research,investigation and research,comparative analysis and other methods to introduce the background and significance of cosmetic adverse reaction monitoring,and summarizes the current domestic and foreign scholars.The viewpoints on cosmetics safety supervision and adverse reaction monitoring,and the key words of cosmetic adverse reaction monitoring were explained.Secondly,it analyzes the current situation of monitoring adverse reactions of cosmetics in quanzhou,points out the problems of single center management in monitoring adverse reactions of cosmetics in quanzhou,and analyzes the causes;then,introduced the current US and EU cosmetic adverse reaction monitoring system,on this basis,put forward the implications of monitoring the adverse reaction of cosmetics in Quanzhou;Finally,put forward the role of the government in the monitoring of cosmetic adverse reactions in Quanzhou Leading forces,giving play to the self-discipline of production and operation enterprises and exerting the supervision role of the public.This study attempts to combine theory with practice to provide a feasible solution to the problems in the monitoring of cosmetic adverse reactions in Quanzhou.
