Application Research Of HL Company's Comprehensive Budget Management Based On ERP System

Nowadays,more and more large enterprises apply comprehensive budget management to the construction of enterprise management platform,and regard it as one of the core concepts of enterprise management.With the development of social economy,information and intelligent management mode is more and more popular among enterprises.ERP is a resource allocation platform based on information technology application.With the advantages of advanced and comprehensive management ideas,it provides planning and operation software for enterprise managers and employees.The goal of comprehensive budget management is similar to that of information platform,which is to optimize enterprise management mode and to control and adjust the business activities of enterprise planning.The integration of the two is the result of adapting to the trend of modern enterprise development and intelligent platform construction.Integrating the core functions of ERP into management decision-making,giving consideration to pre-planning and management control,and better realizing the real role of budget,helps to ensure the effectiveness and systematicness of enterprise control,and reflects the advantages of the new management mode under the Internet platform.Based on the above background,this paper combines the relevant research results of domestic and foreign scholars,chooses HL company as a case study,analyses and evaluates the preparation,implementation,regulation and evaluation of the case company's budget,studies the current situation of the case company's budget module structure and analyses the overall budget management effect under the company's ERP environment,and finds that although HL company has begun to introduce intelligent information level.But there are still some defects and problems.Finally,this paper puts forward some suggestions on how to solve the problems existing in the company's budget informatization by improving the budget under the ERP environment.Through the research and analysis of HL company's budget status,the following conclusions are drawn.First,HL company has achieved certain results in budget management,improving the efficiency of the company's financial work,improving the level of budget management,and contributing to the control of budget management and the realization of enterprise budget objectives.Secondly,HL company has some problems in the budget management process,such as imperfect structure,poor management effect,impractical performance appraisal,incomplete payment application module and insufficient goal completion.This is due to the insufficient function of the budget management module in ERP environment,the formality of performance appraisal,the non-standard process,and the insufficient execution of the system and so on.Thirdly,the enterprise management should adjust and optimize the overall budget management through ERP system,such as strengthening the implementation and adjustment within the system,optimizing the overall structure under the budget system,achieving the control of responsibility objectives,improving the evaluation index system,and improving the budget process.Strengthen the compatibility between ERP system and budget management to ensure the real control of budget management.Based on the above conclusions,this paper hopes to provide some theoretical support and experience for strengthening the deep integration of ERP system and enterprise budget management,promoting the improvement of software functions and strengthening the control of budget management objectives.
