Since the reform and opening up,Chinese people's living standards have been continuously improved,and the quality of life has been significantly improved.With the rapid development of China's economy and science and technology,the rapid rise of the automobile industry,automobile has become the preferred means of transportation for most people.In recent years,the speed of development of the Internet industry is amazing.In order to quickly occupy the market share,major automobile brands start to start online sales of cars,which drives the rapid development of the automobile e-commerce industry.As the automobile e-commerce industry is a new industry,there are still many problems to be solved,such as network security problems,online payment problems,etc.,so how to improve customer satisfaction has become a problem for automobile e-commerce enterprises to think about.In addition,since 2015 car e-commerce sites began to advertising crazily,let the car e-commerce sites is more known gradually,also attracted many companies want to occupy part of the market in automobile industry,began to invest in auto electric business enterprise by mergers and acquisitions,The purpose of this behavior is to make itself to be able to get a lot of resources in the short term,in order to gain greater platform,occupy the automotive e-commmerce market quickly,and through the way of mergers and acquisitions to improve enterprise competitiveness,improve customer satisfaction.In recent years,more and more enterprises make investment,adjust industrial structure and reasonably allocate resources by merger and acquisition.but the way of merger and acquisition is not emerged in recent years,this way has a long history,it originated in foreign countries,but along with the development of economic globalization,mergers and acquisitions are also beginning to rise at home,more and more companies are willing to choose acquisition this way toexpand their business areas and seek the biggest benefit for both enterprises.This article takes the Autohome as the research object and adopts the index analysis method to analyze and study the performance of its post-merger enterprises.Firstly,this article introduces the research on merger and acquisition performance by domestic and foreign scholars.Secondly,the concept of merger and acquisition and merger and acquisition performance,merger and acquisition motivation of the relevant theories are described;Thirdly,it introduces the case of Ping An's acquisition of Autohome in detail,and expounds the background,motivation,process and integration process of the acquisition.Then,based on the Autohome after the merger of the major accounting data,Autohome financial indicators before and after merger and acquisition and the longitudinal comparison and analysis,Autohome with the same industry enterprise horizontal comparative analysis,non-financial indicators analysis and the analysis of existing problems in the acquisition,it is concluded that some related suggestions for Autohome and the enlightenment of target enterprise : when choosing the target to a comprehensive understanding of target enterprise merger and acquisition enterprises,clear targets and strategies,and to evaluate merger and acquisition risk,to pay attention to the integration after merger and acquisition,finally expounds the acquisition performance has played a positive impact on the Autohome.
