The Research On Financial Analysis Of BBK Group Based On Haval Framework

Since the reform and opening up,with the rapid development of the economy and the growing domestic living standards,the development of China’s retail industry has become more rapid.Especially after China joined the WTO World Trade Organization in 2002,China’s retail industry has achieved unprecedented development.Today,when the Internet is flourishing,pure offline sales can not meet the needs of consumers.The traditional retail approach is greatly challenged;online sales are d ifficult to survive without physical management as a strong backing..In the context of such an era,the transformation of retail enterprises has become an inevitable path.The use of financ ial analys is can effectively respond to the company’s financ ial status and operating results,and better analyze the company.As one of China’s top 500 retail enterprises,BBK Commerc ial Chain Co.,Ltd.has expanded its development in recent years.However,its transformation is not optimistic.The e-commerce platform has experienced the twists and turns of shutting down and restarting the new model.This paper mainly takes BBK Business Chain Co.,Ltd.as an example.Using the Harvard analys is framework,the financ ial statements of BBK Group in the past five years have been systematically analyzed from different angles,and the relevant conclusions are drawn.It is hoped that it can give some reference to enterprises and the same industry.The thesis consists of six parts: The first part is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background,research significance,research status at home and abroad,research content and methods,and the innovation of this paper.The second part summarizes the relevant financial analysis theory and introduces the traditional financ ial analysis.And Harvard framework analys is,through contrast,highlight the advantages of the Harvard analysis framework.The third part introduces BBK Commercial Chain Co.,Ltd.and introduces it into the Harvard framework to analyze the necessity and feasibility of using the Harvard framework.The fourth part uses the Harvard analysis framework to comprehensively analyze the financ ial statements of BBK Group from four aspects: strategic analysis,accounting analysis,financial analys is and prospect analysis.It finds the problems,analyzes the development advantages,opportunities,disadvantages and threats,and summarizes the reasons..The fifth part is a comprehensive evaluation of the BBK Group and proposes relevant management recommendations.The sixth part is the conclusion,which is the analys is and summary of the whole paper,draws inspiration and makes future prospects.
