Research On Rural Credit Distrust In The Perspective Of Interpersonal Relationship

We often understand and explain the rural credit problem with credit distrust as the main performance from the institutional level,and propose measures such as strengthening the credit system.The reality is that the rural credit situation is not ideal.The reason is that compared with the modern social market economy environment dominated by reason,the rural market economy is not mature,the economic foundation is weak,the system construction and improvement is relatively slow,and there is a big gap with all aspects of urban modern society.Therefore,the measures that modern urban society has in our view that are mature and effective may not be applicable to rural society.In particular,the ethics of interpersonal relationship based on "blood" and "geography" makes people living in rural areas still have a strong "native" taste in the process of interpersonal communication,which makes the rural people destined to be based on the contract.Relationships and rational people with the ultimate goal of chasing interests.This paper is devoted to the study of the interaction mechanism between rural interpersonal relationship transformation and rural credit activities.The second section clarifies the theoretical basis of this research,namely Marx's credit theory.The theory holds that credit is not only an economic relationship of borrowing.Behind this economic relationship is the emotional ethics of mutual trust between people.Marx's credit theory is obtained after examining the capitalist credit relationship.The solution to the problem of credit still has guiding value.The third section explores the social relationship of rural social structure from acquaintance society to stranger society and explores the root causes of rural social transformation from the aspects of social division of labor,individual independence in the market economy and the universal establishment of contractual relations.It is concluded that the rural society has changed from an acquaintance society to a stranger society.The fourth section explores the changes in the credit relationship after the transformation of the acquaintance society into the stranger society in rural areas.It can be found that the rural society has changed from an interpersonal credit based on the "blood" and "geography" as the basis for judging the distance to the contractual spirit.Institutional credit to protect their own rights and interests.The fifth section discusses the causes behind the current rural dishonesty behavior,and explores the acquaintance relationship from the informal system and informal finance to the rural credit behavior.The sixth section analyzes the countermeasures of rural credit governance.It is suggested that the behavior of untrustworthiness in dealing with rural credit should adopt the method of paralleling acquaintance credit and institutional credit,and at the same time strengthen the construction of credit concept while encouraging the development of informal finance.In short,in the rural environment,the interpersonal relationship in rural areas is under the institutional credit social environment with the spirit of contract as the core.The value judgment of rural areas based on “blood” and “geography” still plays an important role in the interaction between people,although Institutional credit is slowly replacing the acquaintance credits that rural people have long adhered to,but the acquaintance relationship still affects the life and communication activities of rural people and restricts the credit activities of rural people.Therefore,a credit governance strategy based on the acquaintance of acquaintances and institutional credits may be more effective.
