As a new marketing channel,the Internet is gradually changing the new pattern of commercial insurance sales.With the development of e-commerce,the development of Internet commercial insurance in China has begun to take shape.For a long time,the main selling mode of commercial insurance products is personal marketing.Face-to-face selling is the main traditional marketing mode of commercial insurance.However,there are a series of problems in the traditional marketing mode,such as extensive team management,high operating cost and difficulty in risk control.With the help of Internet sales insurance,the sales process can be achieved.Control and management are easy to regulate,low cost,high efficiency and easy to replicate.Using large data analysis,it can also achieve accurate marketing.It can be said that it provides a new way to break the bottleneck of the development of commercial insurance.This paper mainly uses the theory of government regulation,questionnaire survey and in-depth interview to conduct a sample survey of the Internet insurance market in Shenzhen,and then processes the data with the method of fuzzy evaluation.After normalization,it is concluded that the overall perception and recognition of Internet insurance is not high enough,which is related to the social environment and insurance policy.Laws and regulations are directly related to the level of government supervision.Therefore,the author believes that it is necessary and epochal to strengthen the government's control over the Internet insurance market.In the construction of Internet insurance supervision mechanism in China,it is necessary to draw lessons from foreign regulatory experience,such as the United States,Europe,Japan and so on.These countries and regions can be inspired by laws and regulations,supervision concepts,social credit system,payment standards supervision and other aspects.Supported by perfect laws,regulations and policies and good social credit system,foreign governments constantly update regulatory indicators,adjust regulatory methods and improve regulatory technology to ensure the sustainability and efficiency of regulation,so as to effectively safeguard consumers' rights and interests.At present,China's Internet insurance is still using the traditional commercial insurance supervision system and methods,supervision can not keep up with the development of Internet insurance.The reasons for the problems in the supervision of Internet insurance in our government are mainly manifested in three aspects: first,the lack of legal system construction,resulting in a blank regulatory system;second,the unclear regulatory standards,leading to the fragmentation of regulatory content;third,the lack of regulatory personnel,resulting in limited regulatory capacity.China's regulatory authorities should actively learn from foreign experience,combine with China's national conditions,and carry out reform with the times to protect the development of the Internet insurance market.In order to improve the supervision mechanism of Internet insurance,this paper puts forward five suggestions: First,to improve the principles and objectives of supervision,to maintain the order of the Internet insurance market with an inclusive attitude,and to protect the rights and interests of consumers.Second,improve the regulatory laws and regulations,including the formulation of Internet insurance laws and regulations in the Insurance Law,and the revision of supporting laws and regulations,industry standards and related systems.Thirdly,to improve the powers and responsibilities of regulatory bodies,regulators and industry self-discipline should cooperate with each other and strengthen the cooperation of various departments.Fourth,we should gradually improve market access and exit,market behavior supervision,information disclosure,consumer rights and interests protection and other regulatory content.Fifth,database and personnel training and other regulatory improvements.Improving the supervision mechanism of Internet insurance in China is not a matter of overnight,but requires the long-term efforts of the regulatory authorities.
